Work Experience & Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Collaborate with our in-house or external design teams to ensure the timely creation of compelling creatives for social media posts and advertisements that align with brand identity.
• Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, considering the target audience and optimal posting times to maximize reach and engagement.
• Oversee social media advertising campaigns for all brands, optimizing them to maximize reach and engagement, and monitoring their performance closely.
• Plan and organize events for brands based on campaign requirements monthly, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill government-related registrations and requirements as needed, ensuring compliance.
• Manage monthly influencer collaborations for multiple brands, coordinating content delivery and in-store activations to enhance brand awareness and reach.

Additional Duties:

• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) activities for multiple brands and generate reports on social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Monitor and engage with the social media community, addressing comments, messages, and feedback promptly to maintain a positive online presence.
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill their departmental needs, fostering cross-functional cooperation to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Maintain organized records of ads, payments, and product information related to social media campaigns.
